Installation and use
Obtain LeaseCanvas through Microsoft Marketplace and install and configure it yourself using the documentation. Check the product page for availability and the release notes for known limitations.
Product support is limited to bugs and malfunctions in LeaseCanvas. We do not provide installation assistance, configuration help or support for routine use. Microsoft account, purchase, billing and licence-assignment questions should be directed to Microsoft.
Report a bug or malfunction
Email hello@celeswave.com with:
- LeaseCanvas version and Power BI Desktop or Service/browser environment.
- Steps to reproduce the issue, expected result and actual result.
- Any error message and a redacted screenshot, if useful.
Do not send passwords, production datasets or unredacted tenant information. Contact us before sending report files; use synthetic examples where possible. Privacy, security or accessibility defects can be reported to the same address. See our Privacy Notice.
Bug reports are reviewed by email. Response and resolution times are not guaranteed.
